It reviews how select countries in the Organisation of Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), as well as Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa (BRICS) countries and the European Union (EU) have used the implementation of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UN Guiding Principles) and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises (OECD Guidelines) for this purpose.
